Nursy Partners agreement

1. The program
Nursy Partners is a referral program operated by Nursy Consulting. Partners introduce prospective clients — internationally educated nurses interested in obtaining a US nursing license — by name, through the partner portal. This is a deal-registration program: there are no referral links, cookies or tracking.
2. Becoming a partner
Individuals and companies worldwide may apply. Nursy reviews every application and may accept or decline it at its discretion. Nursy may suspend or terminate a partnership for violations of this agreement.
3. Submitting referrals
A referral registers a specific person, identified by name and at least one contact detail (email or phone). Referrals are reviewed by Nursy and accepted or declined. Nursy's records are decisive for whether a person was already known. Do not include health information or any other sensitive personal information in referral notes.
4. Consent
You must have the referred person's permission before sharing their contact details. Nursy will only contact referred people about Nursy's services, and they can opt out at any time.
5. Qualifying event
A referral converts when the referred person makes their first payment to Nursy for consulting services. Referrals must convert within 90 days of acceptance; after that window, attribution is at Nursy's discretion.
6. Commission
The current commission is 10% of the referred client's first payment, unless a different rate has been agreed with you in writing. The commission is calculated when Nursy records the conversion.
7. Hold period
Commissions are held for 30 days after the first payment. If the client is refunded during the hold, the commission is cancelled. Refunds after payout are deducted from your future balance.
8. Payouts
Payouts run monthly via Wise bank transfer, PIX or PayPal, once your balance reaches $50.00 (applied per currency, no conversion). A valid tax form (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E) and payout details are required before any payout.
9. People already known to Nursy
Referrals matching people already present in Nursy's records — as leads, clients or earlier referrals by any partner — are not eligible. The first registered referral wins when two partners refer the same person.
10. Conduct
No spam or unsolicited mass outreach, no misleading claims or guarantees about licensing outcomes, no impersonating Nursy, and no bidding on Nursy brand terms in paid search. Violations may lead to termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions obtained through the violation.
11. Termination
Either side may end the partnership at any time. Commissions already payable remain payable unless obtained in violation of this agreement.
12. Changes
Nursy may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the portal, and the version you accepted is recorded with your account.
